Where to begin? (Ill 2001M, SWIM!)

To begin on this project I made a mind map in order to see when in the story my graphic novel could take place, whether the beginning, middle or end. It lets me see the options regarding my character, possible villains, transformations, and the water itself. I can see all my options regarding story before I can commit to anything fully.
